is a program for secondary school students, which encourages
students to become personally involved in the topics and
activities, and to express their opinions and feelings.
This program follows a communicative approach to language
learning, concentrating on the functional aspects of the
language, grammar, skills, vocabulary and pronounciation,
within a framework of communicative activities.
Students
are encouraged to think independently about English
and develop their own learning strategies. Material
is modern and interesting, focusing on issues which
relate specifically to teenagers. Students will work
in the classroom on a diverse range of texts and activities
often including project work in which students can develop
personalized work which relates to the real world.
